Back Ground Info (JUNE 26TH)

A little back ground for those who don't know. Luis and I have been married for 12 years now (I still can't believe its been that long already). We have been trying to have a baby off and on for about 10 of those years, but seriously trying for the last 3. As long as I can remember I have always wanted to be a mom, this has been my only dream. Well I also wanted to see Hawaii, New York, Paris and Italy. I am fortunate to say I have seen them all and much more, so this is my only pending dream. I have stage 2 endometriosis. I was diagnosed with endometriosis when I was 19 and have been dealing with it since. I have had three surgeries with the hope that each one would result in us getting pregnant. When that didn't happen we realized that we were going to have to go through in-vitro. Needless to say we are hoping that IVF will help make our dream come true. So far we have completed two cycles of insemination with injectibles. Both failed. We have spent a lot of money on medication, surgeries, X-rays, blood tests, and office visits. From what I have researched this is nothing compared to what we are up against with in-vitro. I have read a lot about women going through infertility treatments, and most have said having a blog has helped them not only to vent about day to day frustrations but was also a great communication center for all loved ones to stay updated on this lovely road we are about to go down. We welcome you to join us through our journey of In-Vitro.
